How does reincarnation work?

Everything that exists is interconnected in such a way where there is no legitimate concept of self. This means that when you die, you re-join the source in tighter bond and then out of that mass of stuff, new beings arise into this earth so you are incarnated simply because of the fact that you are always one with the creator but not always separate.
