There's this interesting project on the environment, but I can't remember it. Anyone has a clue?

This project uses a flash animation of rotating statements. When it rotates downwards, the viewer sees a doomsday message on the environment. When it rotates upwards, the viewer reads a hopeful message on the environment. I remember it's not that recent, but it's also quite popular. What exactly is the name of the project, and where can I find it?
