How can I get Apple to replace my iPhone for free?

i have a similar issue and got a brandnew one. Book an appoinment with a genius at an apple store or call the 133-mac. If nothing work find the tutorial for replacing cracked screen with a $5 sheet of plastic. it's not really an option, however its $195 cheaper.
