Tried Finding My ASVAB score from School and they Had no recollection of me taking it... What should I do?

I went to the Marine Recruiting office the other day and they wanted to know what my ASVAB score was so I told them it was like a 40 something and he asked me to go to my school and ask what I made, So I did and I talked to my Counselor and she check it out and found that there was no record of me taking it. What should I do? Its freaking me out a little..
